This was our first visit to the Blue Mountain area. We arrived early around 12:45pm. We asked if by chance our room would be ready. It was. We were asked if we had stayed here before and we said no. The young lady upgraded us to a better room overlooking the "Village". Once we had checked in and walked to the lobby, one of the young men we met at the front door asked if we had any questions. He proceeded to give us a quick overview where everything was and made some recommendations. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we received Great Customer Service from everyone. The cleaning staff and for that matter anyone with a "Westin" shirt always had a friendly "Hello". Our room was great , we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the location of the hotel was great. Just a 2 minute walk to the village. We enjoyed it and hope to return to this hotel again in the near future.
